Yaron Gamburg, the author of Small Talk 2.0

Hi, it is good to have you here.
In the last 20 years plus I was both a practitioner and an observer of international relations.
The impact of the IT and Internet on diplomacy was of particular interest for me.
In the last few years I also dedicate a considerable time to academic research on Russia-US relations.
